Driver / Event Setup Crew

Location: South East London
Position: Self-Employed – Part-Time or Casual Hours
Hours: 6–15 hours per day (hours can vary and are flexible depending on availability)
Pay: Competitive – based on experience and availability

Bubble and Bounce is one of South East London’s leading inflatable hire and event planning companies, providing high-quality entertainment equipment and event planning services for adult and children’s parties; school, charity and community events; and corporate functions.

The Role
We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking drivers and assistants to join our delivery crew. The role involves driving company vehicles, setting up inflatables and event equipment, and ensuring every job runs smoothly from start to finish.

Main duties include:
- Loading the vehicle with equipment at the warehouse
- Delivering and setting up equipment at client locations/venue
- Collecting and dismantling equipment at the end of the hire period
- Customer Service: providing safety briefings, answering client questions, and occasionally taking payments
- Admin/Operations: completing basic paperwork, maintaining hire records, and assisting with general duties when required
Key Requirements:
- Full UK clean driving licence with good knowledge of London and surrounding areas
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting (inflatable equipment, mats, etc.)
- Excellent timekeeping – punctuality is essential
- Good communicator with a friendly and professional attitude
- Problem solver who can think on their feet and work under pressure
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings (peak times)
- Safety-focused – must adhere to company procedures and training ensure all setups are completed to safety standards
- Reliable and responsible – we value team members who take pride in their work
