What are your opening hours and delivery times?
Our office is open Monday to Friday: 10:00–17:00.
We offer delivery and pick-up services every day (Monday–Sunday) between 07:00 and 21:00, giving flexibility for early-morning setups or later events.
How soon should I book an event?
We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for popular dates (weekends, school holidays). This ensures we can reserve the equipment, staff, and services you need.
If your event is sooner rather than later, just get in touch — we’ll do our best to accommodate you, depending on availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including PayPal — for secure and convenient payment processing.
