- The hirer is responsibility to check the items measurements and clearance space. Incorrect measurements could result to a breach of Health & Safety and cancellation of your order with the full balance owed.
- Allow upto 20 minutes before the event for our staff to deliver and set up the equipment, and also 20 minutes after the event for them to pack down and remove the equipment.
- The hirer is responsible to ensure adequate access is available to unload and load equipment. Any restrictions i.e. lack of parking, stairs, narrow doorways etc. MUST be reported prior to your event date. Failure to do so may result in delay to setting up, an additional fee being payable by the Hirer or cancellation.
- The hirer must agree that the area where the goods are to be placed will be free from obstructions & debris.
- We have the right to cancel a booking if the ground surface is unsuitable upon arrival. The full balance will be owed on this occasion.
